This is my first wig, I was super nervous when I ordered but the store communicate with me very well throughout the whole process. She was very quick and made me feel at ease.I'm happy with the hair, the packaging was amazing. The actual packaging of the product was great and well secured. The unit is beautiful. So pretty. It looked just like the picture.The quality is superb, the texture super soft and length was exactly what I was looking for. Natural curls, natural hairline pre pucked, little to no shedding. I deep conditioned the wig, applied leave in and light gel and let it dry in a towel upside-down. I've been receiving compliments about the hair so I'm happy I even got free lashes! This is my personal favour hair amazing customer service beautiful soft hair. I will order more from this company again
